I have been working with a collaborative and Integrative Health Care approach for over 30 years. My work is a blend of energy- based medicine with Conventional Physical Therapy. It is intuitive and client-centered. I am Certified as a Holistic Stress Management educator and certified in Heartmath, Myofascial Release, CranioSacral Therapy and many more Body-Mind services that will help you learn how to understand and to tap into your body’s natural inclination to heal. We are born with this amazing ability to default towards wellness. It’s wired into our survival mechanism. You can learn the unique and personal language of your body. It is empowering and life changing.
I am passionate about helping people to live with and come into balance with Chronic pain, Lyme disease, Sleep Disorders, FM and CFIDS and stress-related illness. Many people think that they must just live with pain and fatigue. I believe that that a resilient life is possible for everyone.
The blend of Eastern and western modalities that you will experience allows you to deeply listen to your body and learn what it feels like to be healthy and in balance with your life.
When one looks at wellness, you must include the integration, balance, and harmony of body, mind, spirit and emotions. The sums of the parts are always greater than the whole.

Anna McConville began her career as a professional Mime and Physical performer, which brings a unique perspective to how she practices as a Holistic Physical Therapist. She uses humor and laughter as a key component in guiding her patients in their journey of healing.
Anna has studied and practiced body work and energy healing for 38 years and has been practicing as a Physical Therapist for 26+ years. She began practicing Mindfulness Meditation 40 years ago after being told that her debilitating back pain was subjective and common to women and she must learn how to live with it. Her post graduate studies include over 2600 hours of continuing education in the field of Holistic Therapy, Mindfulness Meditation and Energy work. She owned and operated a Physical Therapy Practice in North Carolina, where a Pilates Studio was blended with an Integrative PT practice. Upon returning to her home state of Minnesota, she brings her fresh ideas and extensive experience to a small joyful practice. She has 20 years of Biofeedback and Pilates experience that she blends with Self-Care classes and Life Skills coaching. Her work is intuitive and patient centered. She lives with her husband, a Glass Blower, and their two cats. She loves hiking and biking and gardening. Anna lives her life as an artist which consists of co-creating health with her clients, fiber art and writing. Each one is creative and sustaining.
