I offer a unique and structured program providing physical therapy and consulting services services for patients with Chronic Pain, Lyme Disease and Associated Inflammatory conditions, Sleep Disorders, Fertility issues and other stress relelated conditions. In house services combine Visceral and Myofascial Therapy, Stress and pain management and self care education. These sessions involve spending time learning about your history, evaluating how your body is built and moves, and taking an inventory of your values and goals to build a customized plan for improving movement and wellness built around your unique needs. We can build a package together that weaves movement and wellness sessions, hands-on neural calming and mindful body awareness sessions.
Telehealth Services are set up to provide ongoing consulting based on an individulized program. An 8 week programs allows you to set up new routines and pain management education. One on one care, individualized informational care packets and as email/phone support are avialable during this time. Follow up packages are available after the intial 8 week plan.
It is recommended that you devote 6-8 weeks to establish a new way of living healthier- either in person or on line. Each individual is unique, so no one program fits all. I will begin with an extensive evaluation and together we will determine what modalities and learning opportunities are best suited for your life. I am an OUT-OF NETWORK PROVIDER. This means I can bill insurance but you will be liable for what your insurance plan does not cover. Individual insurance plans differ in their out-of-network benefits. Please call your insurance company to verify your coverage. You will want to ask 3 primary questions:

Cleansing Flow™ is an energy based healing modality that is specifically designed to help clients with Fibromyalgia and has application to many other autoimmune diseases, including Lyme Disease.
The modality is based on the need to retrain the body at a cellular level to return to natural levels of health and function. This program differs significantly from the traditional approach to management of the disease. The trained practitioner works with the client, teaching and training the clients to be able to take full responsibility for their own health.

The HeartMath System is comprised of techniques, tools and technology; and has been developed and validated through rigorous scientific research. Our partner, the non-profit research organization the Institute of HeartMath, is a recognized global leader in emotional physiology and stress-management research. Their studies using HeartMath techniques and technology have been published in many peer reviewed journals including; The American Journal of Cardiology, Harvard Business Review and Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine. Additional studies are currently taking place in many institutions such as Arizona State University and University of Northampton, Northampton, England.
The research supporting our offerings is focused on psychophysiology, neurocardiology and biophysics research, as well as clinical, workplace and organizational intervention and treatment outcome studies. Many of these studies have been done in collaboration with universities, research centers and healthcare system partners. A key area of focus of Institute of HeartMath Research Center is exploring our emotions and how they affect our physiology, with an emphasis on the physiological effects of positive emotions.
The heart and brain maintain a continuous two-way dialogue, each influencing the other’s functioning. The signals the heart sends to the brain can influence perception, emotional processing and higher cognitive functions. This system and circuitry is viewed by neurocardiology researchers as a “heart brain.”
Studies investigating the impact of HeartMath programs in the workplace have documented a wide range of organizationally relevant outcomes, including increases in productivity, goal clarity, job satisfaction, communication effectiveness, improvement in employee health and reductions in turnover. Studies also have examined the programs’ effect in helping organizations meet the demands of challenges such as downsizing and restructuring.
Treatment Outcome studies in Clinical Populations:
Treatment outcome studies assess how HeartMath’s positive emotion-focused tools and techniques help people with various health problems and they have demonstrated significant improvements in health, psychological well-being and quality of life in people with hypertension, diabetes, congestive heart failure, AIDS and more. Heart-Rate Variability and Autonomic Function:
IHM conducts ongoing research into heart-rate variability (HRV), a measure of the naturally occurring beat-to-beat changes in heart rate. HRV analysis is a powerful, noninvasive measure of autonomic nervous-system function and an indicator of neurocardiac fitness. HeartMath has published research demonstrating how HRV varies with age and gender and on the use of HRV analyses to assess alterations in autonomic function in conditions such as panic disorder and chronic fatigue.
Emotional Energetics Research:
The heart produces by far the body’s most powerful rhythmic electromagnetic field, which can be detected several feet away by sensitive instruments. Research shows our heart’s field changes distinctly as we experience different emotions. It is registered in people’s brains around us and apparently is capable of affecting cells, water and DNA studied in vitro. Growing evidence also suggests energetic interactions involving the heart may underlie intuition and important aspects of human consciousness.

CranioSacral Therapy is a light, noninvasive hands on therapy that can detect, modify & help correct restrictions & imbalances in the craniosacral system by encouraging your own natural healing mechanisms. I combine CrainioSacral Therapy with healing Touch and other intuitive healing modalities. I tune in deeply to your body and allow the deeper wisdom of your body to guide the energy.
The craniosacral system is a recognized physiological system that has a separate and distinct rhythm from other systems, like the heart or breathing rhythms.
CranioSacral Therapy treats the source of the problem rather than the symptoms. This is done by listening to the craniosacral rhythm and working with that part of the body as it relates to the whole body.
The whole body responds by expanding and contracting in relation to the production and absorption of cerebrospinal fluid. This fluid surrounds, nourishes, bathes and protects the brain and spinal cord, our core.

The Art of CranioSacral Therapy
The process of self healing is increasingly recognized as the most important part of our healing. CranioSacral Therapy offers a light, gentle touch approach to facilitating the body’s natural ability to heal and self correct.
We start by assessing the craniosacral rhythm (felt from the movement of the cerebrospinal fluid) throughout your body, determine if restrictions or tension patterns are present, and work to release these areas using gentle hands-on techniques with my pressure no more than the weight of a nickle.
Our goal is to optimize the function of your central nervous system, which can result in improvements in your health and well-being and in various medical conditions that may be causing dysfunction and pain.

CST is safe for individuals of all ages and we have worked with babies in-utero to the geriatric population, for a great variety of conditions with great success.
